ABOUT PERSONNEL BRANCH:
The Personnel Branch is responsible for managing and coordinating all recruiting, personnel administration, pay, service conditions, remuneration and retirement benefits for the PNGDF. The Branch has a critical role in ensuring that PNGDF personnel issues are managed and coordinated effectively. This has significant impact on the moral and operational effectiveness of the PNGDF.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage PNGDF recruiting
• Manage PNGDF pay and service conditions.
• Direct and coordinate all PNGDF personnel issues.
• Manage and implement the PNGDF Manual of Personnel Administration.
• Direct, manage and coordinate retirement and repatriation of PNGDF personnel.
